HLG
Glass Tube Level Gauge
The HLG Series Color Quartz Glass Level Gauge is a product manufactured using high-purity quartz tubes (99.99% SiO₂).
It features a clear visual display, excellent sealing performance, resistance to high temperatures and high pressures, anti-stickiness to viscous materials, a long service life, and is easy to clean and maintain.
It is widely used in the petroleum, chemical, power, and metallurgy industries for level detection and indication in various containers and boilers. It is particularly suitable for measuring and indicating colorless and transparent liquids, such as water, liquid chlorine, light oil, liquefied gas, and propylene.
Working Principle
The HLG series color quartz glass level gauge utilizes the optical principle of refraction of natural light in liquids, employing red and green color filter glass plates. During measurement, this causes the liquid phase to appear green and the gas phase to appear red. Due to the high contrast between the liquid and gas phases, the indication is clear and vivid.
The tricolor interface level gauge is suitable for applications where there is a specific gravity difference between two liquid phases, allowing a specially coated glass float to float at the interface. This coated glass float is highly visible, and simultaneously displays the level with a red color for the gas phase and green for the liquid phase.
The tricolor optical interface level gauge utilizes the optical principle of refraction at the interface between two liquids and between the liquid and gas phases to enable the level and interface to be clearly displayed.
