The magnetic flap level gauge is installed on the side or top of a tank to indicate and control the liquid level height inside the tank. The indicator consists of magnetic color chips. When the magnetic float inside the main body tube rises with the liquid level, the magnetic color chips flip due to the magnetic field, changing color from red to white or from white to red, thus displaying the liquid level height and providing Local Readout. According to user needs, a 4-20mA remote signal transmitter, switch signal transmitter, digital liquid level display, and other devices can also be installed on the main body tube. The magnetic flap level gauge is suitable for measuring the liquid level or interface in open or closed pressure vessels. The design of high-temperature, high-pressure, and low-density special floats, the selection of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L, PTFE, PP, and other materials, as well as the application of advanced technologies such as X-ray flaw detection and cold rolling drawing welding, can ensure that the product meets any on-site needs. The sealing form of the lower end of the main body tube can be equipped with a blowdown valve as needed, and various special specifications can be customized.
